Our machines are equipped with integrated ID scanners that verify every patron before dispensing. The scanner reads Texas driver licenses and state-issued IDs, rejects expired and underage documents, and requires a confirmed 21+ before any product is dispensed. EJR holds the required Texas tobacco retailer permit — the brand partner never appears on the permit application and has zero regulatory exposure.

EJR handles all restocking operations. You supply product at wholesale, we handle the logistics of keeping the machine stocked based on live sales data. The monthly partnership fee covers your shelf exclusivity, machine maintenance, compliance, and restocking labor. You don't manage any on-site inventory.

The automated convenience store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The vending machines and touchscreens never shut off — your screen ad runs around the clock, and shelf products are available for purchase at any hour. The speakeasy operates on its own schedule, but the storefront and all machines stay live 24/7.

Most screen ads are live within 24–48 hours of receiving your creative assets. Once we have your artwork and finalize terms, we upload it to the rotation and your brand starts appearing on all 7 touchscreens almost immediately. There's no long onboarding process or production queue.

Yes. There's no minimum contract length for screen advertising. If you want to promote a one-weekend event, a product launch, or a seasonal campaign, we can set that up. Short-term campaigns are a great way to test the venue and see results before committing to a longer partnership.

Screen ad exclusivity can be negotiated. By default, multiple brands can run screen ads in rotation — but if category exclusivity on the screens matters to your brand, reach out and we'll work out terms. Shelf placement exclusivity is always guaranteed by default.
